Look up the member's code, choose the benefit, enter the bill, then confirm.

You can only act at branches you are assigned to.

Scan the member’s code, or type the short code they are showing you. Looking them up does not apply any benefit.

How this worksScanning or entering a code only looks the member up. Halo checks eligibility when you authorize, and checks it again when you confirm against the final bill. The benefit is only delivered on confirmation.
